Who we are

Freddy's Brew Pub, 124-948 McCurdy Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 2P7. We run this Barcade site and its coupon and loyalty club.

What we collect

• Your email address, and when you signed up.
• Your choices: agreeing to the coupon/club terms, and whether you said yes to promotional emails (with the date and time).
• Loyalty points, and your PIN (stored scrambled, never in plain text).
• Coupon codes you earn from top scores.
• Receipt photos you upload, and the bill subtotal our staff enter.
• Leaderboard names and scores you choose to save.

No ads and no tracking cookies.

Why

• To give you your 10% food coupons and loyalty points.
• To stop the same receipt or coupon being used twice.
• To send you promotional emails from Freddy's Brew Pub, only if you ticked that box.

Where it's kept and who sees it

• It's stored with Netlify, the company that hosts this site.
• We never sell your information.
• If you said yes to promotional emails, your email is shared only with Freddy's marketing team, for Freddy's own promos.
• Freddy's staff can see receipts and coupons to approve and redeem them.

Unsubscribe or delete

• Unsubscribe anytime: use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or open Freddy's Loyalty → ACCOUNT and tap UNSUBSCRIBE.
• Delete everything: Freddy's Loyalty → ACCOUNT → DELETE MY ACCOUNT. This removes your email, PIN, points and receipt photos.
• Or just ask any Freddy's staff member and we'll do it for you.

We follow BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's anti-spam law (CASL): no promotional emails without your yes, and an easy way out every time.
